ya, most likly, it is. because if you've noticed, there is some carvings around. and if you didnt know, the big button controls the tital wave that is in funkiki island that is next to the sol's gameroom.
The button doesn't control it. It depends on the time I think. Sometimes I'll go there and the wave will be there and other times it isn't. Plus the button was made before funkiki came out.
